NOTICE OF SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING

JCI EASTERN 2021

Dear JCI Eastern Members,

In accordance with Clause 6 (b) of the Constitution, notice is given that the Special

General Meeting of the Incorporated Association, JCI Eastern, will be held as follow:

Date:           Wednesday 3 November 2021

Time:          7:30pm – 8:30pm

Location:     Virtual attendance 

Purpose:     Election of the 2022 JCI Eastern Executive Committee and any other business

According to our constitution, a Special General Meeting requires the attendance of

“five financial members or 50% of the financial members (including Associate

members), whichever is the less, of the Chapter personally present” to constitute a

quorum.
