After our successful Take the Fear Out of Networking workshop with Resilient Leadership Academy (RLA) in April, we are excited to partner with RLA again and bring you a scholarship program BOARDen Your Career that is valued at $1,200 this September.

For eligible participants, the program fee will be supported by JCI Eastern and RLA.

What is BOARDen Your Career?

As the name itself suggests, BOARDen Your Career is a program designed to build board skills in young people. It is a 3-week online program that provides eligible participants a pathway to practise board skills and begin a board career.  

This introductory course will include

• easy-to-digest email lessons on key topics twice a week

• weekly 30-minute virtual group sessions

• weekly 30-minute Q&A sessions with an industry leader.

• The total commitment to the program is 1.5 hours per week.
